· The heat sealing head of the transistor heat sealer is provided with a photoelectric sensor. When a medical PVC tubing is placed at the heat sealing position, a pair of high-frequency electrodes on the heat sealing head will heat the tubing through high-frequency induction (molecular polarization under the high-frequency electric field of PVC) so that the tubing will reach a molten state. At the same time, the heat sealing electrodes will press the molten part to complete heat sealing once according to the preset procedure.
